Zenoah has largely redesigned this G320RC 31.8cc 4-Bolt Engine.
The whole new design cylinder, crankcase, crankshaft, pistons, etc delivers an absolute explosion of pulling power.

The running gear of this motor has been completely redesigned.
The crankshaft has, as it were, been given larger bearings.
The big-end bearing has been completely renewed and enlarged from 10mm to 12mm, the piston bearing has also undergone a renewal, this has been enlarged from 8mm to 9mm, not to mention the crankshaft bearings, which have also been increased from 28mm to 32mm .

This Zenoah G320RC engine has a 38mm bore and 28mm stroke (31.8cc)
A revolutionary new design of the closed-deck cylinder, i.e. the entire piston is supported by a closed cylinder, where only the flush ports are inserted at a certain height and no longer run the entire length of the piston this gives more stability for the piston.
The piston has also been given a new design, which is more open on the side under the piston pin.
this innovation provides a more optimal "Flow" in the engine, resulting in a considerably more usable power.
Also a removable Scavenging cover has been placed on both sides of the cylinder, which makes tuning this engine a lot easier.
The engine is equipped with a tunings WT-1107 carburettor.
The installation dimensions have also been taken into account, these are exactly the same as the existing zenoah motors (G230, G240, G260, G270, G290,) so it can be installed in any model without any problems, choose the right motor flange.

For the best performance we recommend from JFC Racing Motul 800 Race mixing oil and a Twin Air lucht filter systeem

1st service, replace the piston ring after about 5 liters of gasoline to keep your engine in top condition.
2nd service after 25 liters of petrol etc, etc,
