The 9mm stainless steel band is flexible and strong, allowing it to close tightly around the circumference of the clamping part when the clamp is tightened.
The threads in the outer circumference of the tire are cold-rolled, so that the inner side is completely flat.
To prevent damage to the clamping part, the edges of the belt are rolled outwards.
The stainless steel screw housing is attached to the belt by means of spot welding.
The screw housing is constructed in such a way that the clamping part also connects well on the inside of the screw housing.
All this ensures a perfect seal around the clamping part with an evenly distributed pressure on the periphery of the clamp.
The clamping screw is also made of stainless steel, but it is galvanized to prevent seizing.
